摘要
针对汽车普遍存在的天窗风振噪声问题,借助现有的汽车三维模型对天窗风振噪声进行了数值仿真,并与实验结果进行对比,验证了数值仿真的有效性。对未添加导流板和添加导流板两种情况进行了对比研究,结果表明:添加导流板后,汽车天窗风振噪声相比于未添加导流板下降了8dB,导流板对天窗风振噪声有一定的控制效果。同时,对比未添加导流板和添加导流板两种情况的速度和涡量云图,发现添加导流板后,来自天窗前缘的气流通过导流板时发生上扬,使得通过天窗进入车内的涡旋强度降低,进而导致天窗风振噪声有所削弱。
Aiming at the popular problem of sunroof buffeting,a numerical simulation is conducted for a current vehicle model and the correctness of numerical simulation is proved through the road test contrasts.A comparative study between cases without and with a deflector is conducted,the result shows that there is 8 dB decrease for the case with a deflector and the deflector has a certain effectiveness in control of buffeting noise.Meanwhile,velocity and vorticity contour is contrasted between two cases,it indicates that air flow passing the leading edge of the sunroof rise along the deflector and intensity of votex is weakened,which leading to the decrease of sunroof buffeting noise.
