免维护轮毂在某中型自卸车上的应用

作为车桥的重要零部件,轮毂及轴承对车桥的可靠性有很大的影响。文章通过对比普通轮毂和免维护轮毂的结构,分析了普通轮毂在应用上的缺点,说明了免维护轮毂在结构上的优点以及保养上的优势。然后以某中型自卸车为例对免维护轮毂和普通轮毂在保养上的成本进行了对比,说明了免维护轮毂的实际应用价值,最后介绍了国内外免维护轮毂的应用情况,说明了免维护轮毂在我司车型上推广应用的价值。

As an important part of the axle,the hub and bearings has a great influence on the reliability of axle.By contrasting the structure between common hubs and maintenance-free hubs,this article shows some defects of the common hub in actual use and explains the advantages of maintenance-free hub in the aspect of structure and maintenance.Then by comparing the cost on the maintenance between maintenance-free hub and common hub of the medium-sized dump truck,it illustrates the practical value of the maintenance-free hub.At last,it briefly explains the utilization of the maintenance-free hub at home and abroad and illustrates the value of maintenance-free hub’s widespread use on the Commercial Vehicle of our company.
