中医骨科治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine-based Orthopedic Therapy in Elderly Patients with Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨对老年骨性关节炎患者采取中医骨科治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年2-12月本院接收的68例老年骨性关节炎患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组采取尼美舒利治疗,观察组采取中医骨科治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.73,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分、IL-6水平、症状评分、不良反应率均低于照组,JOA评分高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨性关节炎患者采取中医骨科治疗,能显著降低机体炎症因子水平,减轻炎症反应,减轻关节疼痛,促进关节功能改善,疗效显著,且安全性较好,具有推广价值。

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)-based orthopedic therapy in elderly patients with osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 68 elderly patients with osteoarthritis in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers,34 cases in each group.The control group was given Nimesulide,the observation group was given based orthopedic therapy.The clinical efficacy was probed and compared.Result:The clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(X2=13.73,P<0.05).After therapy,VAS scores,the level of IL-6,the clinical symptom scores,and the adverse event rate in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,JOA scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM-based orthopedic therapy can remarkably reduce the inflammatory factors,relieve the inflammation response and joint pain,promote the recovery of joint function and increase the clinical safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
