除痹通络汤熏蒸结合中医针灸辨治颈肩腰腿痛的效果

Effect of Chubitongluo Decoction Fumigation Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

目的:分析颈肩腰腿痛联合除痹通络汤熏蒸、中医针灸辨治的效果。方法:于笔者所在医院2013年1月-2015年12月收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者中选取96例,随机分为两组,中医针灸辨治为对照组治疗方式,中医针灸辨治+除痹通络汤熏蒸为观察组治疗方式,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均有所降低,JOA评分均有所提高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈肩腰腿痛联合除痹通络汤熏蒸、中医针灸辨治的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Chubitongluo Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Method:A total of 96 neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain patients treated in the author’s hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment as control group and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with fumigation of Chubitongluo Decoction as observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%,higher than 62.5%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased and the JOA scores increased,and the observation group were superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Chubitongluo Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain is remarkable and worth popularizing.
