复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症效果观察

Observation of the Curative Effect for Compound Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Neonatal Scleredema

目的:探讨复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2018年1月168例新生儿硬肿症患儿并随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均予以常规治疗方法治疗,采用复温、保暖、纠正酸中毒、抗感染、静脉输入10%葡萄糖注射液,重症者用激素、输血浆及全血等对症处理,同时给予足量热卡、母乳及鼻饲牛奶。观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用复方丹参注射液2 ml溶入10%葡萄糖注射液2 ml中静脉推注,2次/d,直至硬肿消失。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈率80.9%明显高于对照组的64.2%,病死率11.9%明显低于对照组的31.0%,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=5.455,4.593,P=0.020、0.032)。观察组硬肿消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.190,P=0.004),两组患者复温时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.648,P=0.787)。结论:复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症,既符合中医理论,又符合现代医学关于本病的发病机制,其疗效好,治愈率高,病死率低。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Danshen Injection in the treatment of neonatal scleredema.Method:A total of 168 cases of neonatal scleredema from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the two groups were given conventional treatment,such as the temperature recovery,heat preservation,correction of acidosis,anti infection,intravenous infusion of 10%Glucose Injection;the severe patients used hormone,plasma and whole blood transfusion and other symptomatic treatment at the same time,and given the enough calories,breast milk and milk feeding.On the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group used Compound Salvia Injection of 2 ml dissolved in 10%Glucose Injection of 2 ml,by intravenous injection,2 times a day,until the disappearance of scleredema.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The cure rate of 80.9%in the observation group was significantly higher than 64.2%in the control group,and the mortality rate of 11.9%was significantly lower than 31.0%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(X2=5.455,4.593,P=0.020,0.032).The disappearance time of scleredema in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.190,P=0.004);there was no significant difference between the two groups of the rewarming time(t=0.648,P=0.787).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Injection in the treatment of neonatal scleredema accords with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and also conforms to the modern medicine pathogenesis of this disease;it has good curative effect,high cure rate and low mortality rate.
