摘要
目的:探究护士分层级管理模式在护理管理质量工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2017年1月在岗的80名护理人员,以随机数字表法将其分入研究组与对照组,每组40名,分别为采取分层级管理模式与常规管理模式,比较两组的护理满意度与护理质量。结果:研究组的护理总满意度为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理质量各项指标评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用护士分层级管理可以有效提高其护理管理质量与护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical management mode of nurse on nursing management quality.Method:From January 2014 to January 2017,80 nurses were selected and assigned to study group and control group by random number table,40 nurses in each group.The study group adopted a hierarchical management mode,and the control group treated with conventional management mode.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than 72.5%(29/40)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of nurses hierarchical management mode can effectively improve nursing management quality and nursing satisfaction.
