云式除尘技术在催化剂投料扬尘治理中的可行性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为符合环《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015)要求,催化剂厂对成胶过程中固体原材料投料产生的含尘废气进行治理,常规使用的干式布袋除尘器或湿式填料湿捕塔技术,会出现滤袋"糊死"或湿捕塔填料堵塞问题。云式除尘技术采用云雾发生器和云式除尘器串联方式,对投料扬尘进行有效捕集。通过实验考察云式除尘技术在固体投料过程中的使用效果,讨论云式除尘技术在催化剂投料扬尘治理中的可行性和适用性。 In order to comply with the requirement of New Environmental Protection Emission Standard(GB31571-2015),the catalyst plant needs to control dusty exhaust gas from solid raw material feeding in the process of plasticizing.Conventional dry bag filters or wet-packed wet-catcher technology,however,suffer from the problem of"fooling"the filter bag or plugging the wet-trap packing,respectively.Cloud-Air-Purifying dust removal technology uses cloud-type generator and cloud-type dust collector in series.Feeding dust can be effectively trapped.This article examines the application effect of Cloud-Air-Purifying dust removal technology in the process of solid feeding through experiments and discusses the feasibility and applicability of this technology in the dust control of catalyst feeding.
