重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加明胶海绵贴补联合微波治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔临床研究

B-FGF with gelatin sponge patch in endoscopic combined with microwave treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation

目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加明胶海绵贴补联合微波治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法:将40例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者随机分为A组和B组各20例。A组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加明胶海绵贴补联合微波治疗,B组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果:A组治愈天数8~9d,总有效率为95%,B组患者治愈天数15~17d,总有效率75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加明胶海绵贴补联合微波治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔可缩短鼓膜穿孔愈合疗程,提高有效率,是一种操作简单、安全、经济、有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bFGF gelatin sponge patch combined with microwave in the treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods:40 patients with traumatic perforation of the membrane were randomly divided into A group and B group of 20 cases each.Group A was treated with bFGF gelatin sponge patch combined with microwave therapy.Group B was treated with bFGF and gelatin sponge patch treatment.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were observed.Results:A group cure days 8~9 days,the total effective rate was 95%.B group patients were cured days 15~17 days,the total effective rate of 75%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:bFGF gelatin sponge patch combined with microwave can shorten the healing period of traumatic ympan-ic membrane,to improve the efficiency,it is a simple,safe,economical and effective treatment method.
