达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效及对患者性激素水平、胰岛功能及脂肪因子的影响

The effect of dimethyl-35 combined with metformin on sex hormone level,islet function and adipokines in obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients

目的:探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的激素水平、胰岛功能及脂肪因子,分析二甲双胍的疗效与起效机制。方法:将肥胖型PCOS患者113例入组,抽签分两组:对照组56例,给予达英-35治疗,观察组57例给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,持续3个月。对比疗效、治疗前后激素水平、胰岛功能及脂肪因子水平。结果:观察组退出3例、对照组退出1例。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)、爱帕琳肽(Apelin)和瘦素(Leptin)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS可以提高疗效,可能与其可以降低胰岛素抵抗、脂肪因子水平有关。

Objective:To analyze the effect of dimethyl-35 combined with metformin on sex hormone level,islet function and adipokines in obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients.Methods:113 obese PCOS patients in the hospital were enrolled,and each group of 1 patient was divided into 2 groups.In the control group,56 cases were treated with dimethyl-35,and 57 cases in the observation group were treated with dimethyl-35 and metformin.2 groups had been treated for 3 months.The curative effect and the sex hormone level,islet function and adipokines before and after treatment were compared.Results:3 cases and 1 case were withdrawn from the observation and the control group,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LH,T,HOMA-IR,Vaspin,Apelin and Leptin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dimethyl-35 combined with metformin can improve the curative effect of PCOS,which may be related to lowering insulin resistance and adipokine levels.
