摘要
数控机床测试中需要采集大量多类型传感器信号,普通采集系统不具备扩展功能从而限制了其在机床测试中的适用范围,传统采集系统往往只能采集某一类型传感器信号,导致面对大量信号采集时采样设备数量过多相互之间兼容性不足。针对上述问题设计了一种基于DSP与STM32的可扩展多源数控机床采集系统。该采集系统以DSP与STM32作为微控制器,其中DSP微控制器主要完成数据采集与输出功能、STM32微控制器完成数据存储与通讯功能。采集系统具备多源信号接口,能自动识别模拟量信号类型,可以同时采集多类型传感器信号,包括温度、振动、电压、电流、压力、位移等传感器信号;并且具备扩展功能,通过插拔式扩展模块增加多路模拟量输入接口,从而适应不同机床测试的采样要求。通过测试实验验证了采集系统的可行性。
Needs to collect a large number of various types of CNC machine tools in testing sensor signal acquisition system,general do not have extensions which limits the scope of application in machine tool testing,the traditional acquisition system often only one type of sensor signal acquisition,signal acquisition in the face of a large number of sampling equipment number between the lack of compatibility.In view of the above problems,a multi source NC machine tool acquisition system based on DSP and STM32 is designed.The acquisition system uses DSP and STM32 as micro controller,in which DSP microcontroller mainly completes data acquisition and output function,and STM32 microcontroller to complete data storage and communication function.The acquisition system with multi signal interface,analog signals can automatically identify the type,multi type sensor signals can be collected at the same time,including temperature,vibration signal,voltage,current,pressure and displacement sensor;and have extended function through the plug-in extension module increase multi-channel analog input interface,so as to adapt to the different requirements of the sampling test machine.The feasibility of the acquisition system is verified by test.
