摘要 为获得国产高档数控系统的可靠性测试数据,针对多家厂商的数控系统的数据采集要求,设计并实现了基于交换式以太网的DNC/Ether CAT复合采集技术的监测系统。首先提出了系统的总体软件框架,并给出系统组网的整体采集方案。详细阐述了针对数控系统运行状态数据和环境数据的采集,并描述了整个系统的软件业务层的管理、存储等功能模块,实现了系统数据与Web服务器的可靠传输。现场应用表明,系统具有较好的稳定性和实时性。 In order to obtain the test data of the reliability of the domestic high-end CNC system,a CNC machine tool monitoring system is designed and implemented with the technologies of the DNC/EtherCAT composite acquisition based on switched Ethernet,according to the data acquisition requirements of several manufacturers.Firstly,the overall software framework of the system is proposed,and the acquisition scheme of the system network is given.The acquisition of the running state data and environmental data for the numerical control system is introduced in detail,and the functional modules such as the management and storage of the software business layer of the whole system is described.The system realizes the reliable transmission of the system data and the Web server.Field application shows that the system has good stability and real-time.
