摘要 为了更加方便快捷地进行数控机床实时状态信息的远程监控,提高数控车间的智能化水平,提出了一种基于Android系统的数控机床实时监测的方法。用户可以在Android系统上快速清晰地掌握数控机床的运行状态。系统通过交换机和路由器搭建车间无线局域网,采用基于TCP/IP协议的Socket通信,以数控机床作为状态信息发送的服务器端,以Android系统作为信息接收的客户端,实现了Android系统对数控机床信息的实时采集。通过实验验证,在Android系统上很好的实现了对数控机床实时状态信息的采集。通过采集到的信息,车间管理人员可以准确了解整个车间的加工情况。 In order to carry out remote monitoring of real-time status information of NC machine tools more conveniently and rapidly and to improve the intelligence level of NC workshop,a real-time monitoring method for NC machine tools based on Android system is proposed.Users can master the running state of NC machine tools on Android system quickly and clearly.The system sets up workshop wireless LAN through switch and router,Socket communication based on TCP/IP protocol,The server is sent by NC machine as the status information and Android system as a client to receive information,The real-time collection of NC machine tool information based on Android system is realized.Through experimental verification,the real-time state information collection of NC machine tools is realized in the Android system.Through the collected information,Workshop managers can accurately understand the entire workshop processing.
