Analysis and Experiment of Synchronization Error of Double Ball Screw Feed System Considering Thermal Characteristics

摘要 为了研究双驱进给系统中双丝杠温度差异对同步误差的影响,建立进给系统有限元模型,分析其在不同进给速度下的热特性。利用温度传感器和激光干涉仪,对进给系统温度、热变形进行测量,分析双丝杠温度、同步误差与进给速度、时间的关系。结果表明:主动轴热平衡温度高于从动轴,且丝杠螺母的温度随进给速度的增加而增加。同步误差与进给速度成线性关系,有限元模型预测误差在15%以内。 To investigate the effect of the temperature difference between two ball screws of double-drive feed system on the synchronization error,the finite element model of the feed system is established and the thermal characteristics at different feed rates are analyzed.Temperature and thermal deformation of the feed system are measured using a temperature sensor and laser interferometer.The relationship between temperature and synchronization error of double ball screw and feed speed and time is analyzed.The results showed that the action thermal equilibrium temperature of action ball screw is higher than driven ball screw and the temperature of screw nut increases with the increase of feed speed.The synchronization error has a linear relation with the feed speed.The error of the finite element model is less than 15%.
