摘要
针对故障因素对行星齿轮传动系统动态特性影响不明确的问题,采用Hertz接触理论计算齿轮副啮合力的方法,有效的引入了太阳轮缺齿故障因素,建立了行星齿轮传动系统动力学分析模型;模拟系统在太阳轮出现缺齿情况下的工作过程,分析故障因素随着系统输入转速和负载变化对传动系统动态特性的影响。数据表明:太阳轮出现缺齿故障时,太阳轮浮动轨迹半径增大;啮合力基频及倍频周围出现边频带,低频区域出现大量低频带;随着转速和负载的增加,各轮齿间啮合力正常波动和冲击幅值均增大。该结果可为行星齿轮传动系统的设计制造、使用监测和故障诊断提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem that effect is not clear of the failure factor on the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear transmission system,The Hertz contact theory is used to calculate the gear meshing force,the fault factor is introduced effectively for the sun wheel appears in the absence of one teeth,and The collision vibration analysis model of the planetary gear transmission system is established;stimulating the working process of system in the sun wheel appears in the absence of one teeth,with the input speed and load variation of the system,The influence of fault factors on the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system is analyzed.The data show that;when the sun gear is faulty,the radius of the floating trajectory of the sun wheel increases;The side frequency band is found around the fundamental frequency and frequency multiplication of the meshing force,the low frequency region appears a large number of low frequency band;With the increase of speed and load,the normal fluctuation of the meshing force between the teeth and the impact amplitude are increased.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of planetary gear drive systems,the use of monitoring and fault diagnosis.
