基于激光三角法的滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道型面检测 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道型面检测方法具有效率低、受人为因素影响大等弊端,提出一种非接触式测量方法。该方法基于激光三角原理,采用直角棱镜改变光路的安装方式将高精度激光测头用于检测滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道型面。将测得的数据利用最小二乘法线性拟合,得到滚道轮廓数据,从而计算得到具体参数。最后对测量误差进行了分析,并利用钢球法分析出了系统误差。该方法具有精度高、测量速度快、不损伤测件等优点,且可以解决激光难以伸入测量内滚道的技术难题。 In view of the defects of low efficiency and great influence of human factors on the inner raceway surface detection method of ball screw nut,a non-contact measurement method is proposed.Based on the principle of laser triangulation,a high precision laser probe is used to detect the inner raceway surface of the ball screw nut by means of changing the direction of the light path with a right prism.The measured data were fitted by the least squares linear method to get the raceway profile data,so as to calculate the specific parameters.Finally,the main errors are analyzed and the system error is analyzed by using the steel ball method.This method has the advantages of high precision,fast measurement speed,no damage to the measuring pieces,etc.and could solves the hard technical problem that the laser is difficult to reach the inner raceways.
