文章以车间设备远程监控系统为研究对象,综合运用数据采集技术、云技术、远程通讯技术、以及数据库存储技术等多项前沿技术,实现对设备运行状态的远程监控,满足设备供应商和设备使用者实时监控设备运行状态的需求。通过该系统,能够将设备运行状态数据和记录信息等呈现在终端设备上,供管理者随时随地查看,在提升管理效率的同时,也能够为设备厂商对设备的运行维护提供极大地方便。

In this paper,the remote monitoring system of the workshop equipment as the research object,the comprehensive use of data acquisition technology,cloud technology,remote communication technology,and database storage technology and many other cutting-edge technology,to achieve the remote monitoring of equipment running to meet the equipment suppliers and equipment The user real-time monitoring equipment running state needs.Through the system,the equipment can run the state data and record information and so on in the terminal equipment for managers to view anytime,anywhere,in improving management efficiency,but also for equipment manufacturers to operate the equipment to provide a great convenience.
