基于PLC的涡旋压缩机部件测漏装置设计

摘要 为判断汽车空调涡旋压缩机机加工操作后铝合金铸造部件是否满足要求,防止出现后续装配的泄漏返工问题,对主要承压件的机壳与前盖的密封测漏方法进行了分析,开发了一种测漏装置。气泡检测法是测漏检测的基本方法,设计了一套给排水系统和气路工作系统以实现气泡检测目的,通过液压加载系统提供密封合适的压紧力,并通过PLC根据软件系统控制整个装置的运转。研究结果表明:装置功能强、运行可靠、操作简单、便于普及应用。 The leak detection device for the key aluminum alloy casting parts of the croll compressor was designed to determine whether or not to meet the requirements on the basis of analyzing the leak detection method,which could prevent leakage rework of subsequent assembly.The bubble test method was used as the basic method of leak detection.A set of water supply and drainage system as well as a Pneumatic system was designed to realize the air bubble detection purposes.The hydraulic loading system was used to provide the proper compression force,and the operation of the device was controled by PLC according to the software system.The analysis results showed that the device was powerful,reliable,simple and easy to extend.
