摘要
现代企业生产将会面临生产效率、经济及环境等多方面的需求,并且车间需要随时根据企业生产需求的改变调整生产调度策略。文章面向流水车间,建立了车间的生产运作时间,生产成本以及车间能耗的多目标数学模型,运用归一加权方法对量纲进行统一,并根据企业需求,通过层次分析法决策各指标权重,利用遗传算法对此问题进行寻优迭代,实时获取符合当下生产情况的调度优化方案,建立了一套面向高效、经济、节能的流水车间多目标调度优化方法。在此基础上,根据车间生产特点,提出了四种典型车间生产调度模式,并运用敏感性分析对车间生产模式进行判断。最后,以流水车间齿轮类零件加工为例,分析不同生产模式下车间调度方案,验证了模型的有效性与准确性。
With the increasing pressure of production efficiency,economy and environment,the workshop scheduling need to adjust the production strategy to keep pace with those requirements.This paper,focusing on the flow-shop,established a multi-objective model of the production time,production cost and energy consumption respectively,optimized the flow-shop scheduling problem by normalization and weighting methods.And setting up a flow-shop scheduling optimization method of high efficiency,low-cost and energy-saving,the index weights are calculated by the way of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)according to the production requirements which was accessed to conform to the present production situation of scheduling optimization,and genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem to get the optimal scheduling scheme.Based on this,four kinds of typical workshop production scheduling models were provided according to the characteristics of workshop production,and the sensitivity analysis is suggested to judge the workshop production mode.Finally,a case study about the gear were conducted to verify the validity and practicality of this model.
