There are some problems with judicial case flow management system,such as the vagueness of its function and the ineffectiveness of the system.The reason for these problems is that we lack integration thinking.We need to consider the relationship between the case-handling and the case-management systematically.Only based on the features of case management and requirements of litigation system reform,can we carry out a targeted perfection for the case management system.
