思想政治理论课是巩固马克思主义在高校意识形态领域指导地位,坚持社会主义办学方向的重要阵地;是全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人,落实立德树人根本任务的主渠道。在新时代谋划高校思想政治理论课教学改革,必须深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神,牢固树立新发展理念,以创新发展激活力,以协调发展聚合力,以绿色发展守底色,以开放发展拓资源,以共享发展强队伍,不断增强思想政治理论课的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,努力把高校思想政治理论课建设成为让学生真心喜爱、终身受益的课程。

Course of ideological and political theory is the important position of strengthening Marxism’s guiding status in the ideological field of universities and adhering to the socialist orientation,as well as the main channel for carrying out the Party’s educational policy in an all-round way,cultivating the qualified builders and dependable successors for socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and implementing the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.To enhance the teaching reform in the collegiate course of ideological and political theory in the new era,it’s essential not only to study and implement the spirit of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and 19th National Congress of CPC,but also to firmly adopt New Development Principle:promoting vitality with innovative development,gaining strength with coordinated development,maintaining green development,exploiting resources with opening-up development,and strengthening team building with inclusive development.It’s equally vital to boost the pertinence,effectiveness,attractiveness and impressiveness of this course and make it truly loved by students and benefit them all their lives.
