摘要
从组织可持续发展的目标出发,提出了面向财富增长的组织学习内容主要包括财富创造、保护、传承和分享四个方面。进一步,组织在面向财富增长的过程中会面临可预测变化主导的环境、不可预测变化主导的环境、可预测变化和不可预测变化共同主导的环境。据此,指出组织在财富创造、保护、传承和分享的过程中需要根据环境变化类型采取有效的组织学习模式——包括传承性学习(内部式和外部式)、创造性学习(试验式和想象式)和传创性学习,以更好地应对财富增长过程中的机遇和挑战,成为能够持续创造财富的企业。
In order to achieve the goal of organizational sustainable development,this paper proposes that there are mainly four aspects of the contents of organizational learning for wealth growth,including wealth creation,protection,inheritance and sharing.Furthermore,in the process of wealth growth,organizations will face predictable change-dominant environment,unpredictable change-dominant environment,predictable and unpredictable change-joint dominant environment.Accordingly,it states that in the processes of wealth creation,protection,inheritance and sharing,organizations should adopt effective organizational learning patterns according to the types of environmental change,including inheritable learning(internal and external),creative learning(experimental and imaginative)and inheritable-creative learning,so as to better meet the opportunities and challenges in the process of wealth growth and to develop the capability of creating continuous wealth.
