摘要
将网络嵌入性的结构维度(结构洞)和关系维度(关系质量)纳入同一研究框架,基于社会网络理论从外生视角剖析了联盟组合管理能力对企业创新绩效的影响效应。基于236家战略性新兴产业企业的调查问卷数据的实证结果显示:联盟组合管理能力可以显著促进企业创新绩效;结构洞和关系质量分别在联盟组合管理能力与企业创新绩效之间起部分中介作用;关系质量能够显著正向调节结构洞与企业创新绩效的关系。
Based on the social network theory,this paper presents the effects of alliance-portfolio capability on enterprises'innovation performance by integrating structural dimension(e.g.structural hole)and relational dimension(e.g.relationship quality)of network embeddedness from an exogenous perspective.And the results based on the empirical analysis by the questionnaire data of 236 firms in strategic emerging industries show as follows:alliance-portfolio capability can significantly promote enterprise's innovation performance;structural hole and relationship quality respectively play a partially mediating role in the relationship between alliance-portfolio capability and enterprise's innovation performance;relationship quality has a positively and remarkably moderating effect on the relationship between structural hole and enterprise's innovation performance.
