摘要 建立了效费分析模型对风电制氢系统的经济性(包括产能、收益和成本)进行了定量分析。考虑风电制氢项目运营期内的技术进步、通货膨胀等外界因素的影响,从成本和收益两个角度,分别利用平准化能源成本法和净现值法研究了风电制氢系统的最佳规模,并对氢气价格、风电价格、折现率和通货膨胀率等不确定因素对项目净现值和内部收益率的影响进行了敏感性分析,确定了其可行域和最优投资方案。利用张家口风电场数据进行了仿真分析,并据此给出了投资建议。 This paper analyzes the output,economic benefits and environmental benefits for wind power produce hydrogen system.And it analyzes the optimal capacity of wind-hydrogen system from the aspects of cost and benefit using the levelized cost of energy calculation model and NPV model.Then it studies the sensitivity analysis on hydrogen price,wind power price,discount rate and inflation rate to get the optimal investment plan.Taking Zhangjiakou Wind farm as the example,it makes the simulation analysis,and gives the advices for investment.
