创新的双驱机制对企业综合绩效的影响——来自上市公司的实证分析

Impact of Two-way Innovation Driving Mechanism on Comprehensive Performance of Enterprise:Empirical Analysis on Listed Companies

采用熵权法和综合评价法构建了包括经济、环境和社会三个维度的企业综合绩效评价体系和评价模型。利用2012—2015年中国43家上市公司的面板数据,从创新驱动的视角实证分析了内外部创新驱动机制(双驱机制)对企业"经济-环境-社会"综合绩效的影响。结果显示:双驱机制整体上有利于企业综合绩效的提升,外部驱动对企业综合绩效的影响强于内部驱动,双驱机制的整体驱动力优于单一的内外驱动;技术创新因素对企业综合绩效的提高具有正向作用。

With the entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method,this paper constructs an evaluation system and evaluation model for enterprise's comprehensive performance which includes three dimensions,namely economy,environment and society.Through collecting the panel data of 43 listed companies in China in 2012-2015,it empirically analyzes the impact of internal and external innovation-driven mechanism(two-way innovation driving mechanism)on enterprise's comprehensive performance of economy-environment-society from innovation-driving perspective.The results show as follows:the two-way innovation driving mechanism is conducive to the improvement of comprehensive performance of enterprises;the impact of external driving on the comprehensive performance is stronger than that of internal driving,and the total driving force of two-way innovation driving mechanism is better than the single internal or external driving;the factor of technological innovation had a positive effect on the improvement of comprehensive performance of enterprises.
