新时代背景下,习近平总书记立足中国国情,以世界文化格局为背景,在深刻阐述新时代文化软实力内涵的基础上,从实现中华优秀传统文化的创新性发展和创造性转化、深化文化制度改革、以开放包容的形象发挥话语优势、社会各要素的协调发展四个维度有针对性地指明了提升文化软实力的路径,这为推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛、建设社会主义文化强国提供了根本遵循。

Based on the national conditions of China and the cultural pattern of the world in the new era,the general secretary Xi Jinping makes the in-depth elaboration of the connotation of cultural software power,and points out the path of enhancing China′s cultural soft power from the four dimensions:realizing the innovative development and creative transformation of the Chinese outstanding traditional culture,deepening the reform of cultural system,bringing into full play the advantage in right of speech with the open and inclusive image,and achieving the coordinated development of all social factors.This lays the foundation for pushing forward the cultural prosperity and building a cultural power of socialism.
