乡贤文化融入当前乡村治理实践的现代转化探究

Exploration into the Modern Transformation of Integrating Township Virtuous Culture into the Current Rural Governance Practice

乡贤文化积淀了我国几千年来乡村治理的经验与智慧,对于当前的乡村治理仍然具有独特的价值,但是同时也应该看到乡贤文化在传统乡村社会治理实践中存在着重德治轻法治、乡贤主体单一、政府职能缺位等主要问题。因此,要想乡贤文化在当今的乡村治理中继续发挥出更大的价值就必须实现其治理模式的现代转化,主要包括营造德法结合的乡村治理环境、实现乡贤主体多元化、政府积极发挥引导、监督、保障作用等方面。

With the constant advancement of modernization and urbanization,rural governance is facing new dilemmas such as weakening of the main body of governance,destruction of the traditional rural order,and the crisis of governance at the grassroots level.The township virtuous culture has accumulated the experience and wisdom of rural governance in China for thousands of years,and still has the unique value for the current rural governance.However,there are still some problems such as preferring"ruling by people"to"ruling by law",the monopoly of township gents,and the ineffectiveness of government functions.Therefore,if the township virtuous culture continues to exert greater value in the current rural governance,it must realize the modern transformation of its governance model,including creating the countryside governance environment of combining virtue and law,realizing the diversification of the governing subjects,and giving full plays to the guiding,supervising,and guarantee functions of governments.
