“三方联动”开展大学生思想政治教育工作的模式研究

思想政治理论教师、辅导员和学生骨干是大学生思想政治教育工作中息息相关的三方。"思政课教师-辅导员-学生骨干"有机结合的思想政治教育工作模式是通过思政课教师、辅导员与学生骨干的紧密配合,实现理论教学与实践辅导相结合、理论教育与生活教育相结合、教师教育与学生朋辈教育相配合,最终达到知与行的统一,从而提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效性,提升大学生的思想道德修养和素质。构建三方联动的工作模式既有现实的需要,又具备联动的基础,值得深入研究。

Ideological and political theory teachers,counselors,and backbone students are closely related among each other in ideological and political education of college students.The working mode of"three-party linkage"is to,through the close cooperation among ideological and political theory teachers,counselors,and backbone students,realize the combinations of theoretical teaching and practical instruction,theoretical education and living education,and teacher education and peer education so as to ultimately enhance the efficiency of ideological and political education and also college students′ideological and moral qualities.The construction of a three-party linkage working mode is based on the realistic need for linkage and worthy of in-depth study.
