支原体药敏检测的实验药物浓度和报告方式探讨

Study on concentration and reporting mode of experimental drug in mycoplasma susceptibility testing

目的:探讨支原体药物检测的实验药物浓度及其报告方式。方法:比较11家品牌试剂所配用的11种实验药物的浓度,分析13所医院支原体药敏检测报告单,对比13家医院支原体药敏检测报告单的内容是否全面、完整。结果:在11家品牌试剂所配用的实验药物中有9家品牌试剂的实验药物配有低浓度和高浓度2种,1家品牌试剂的实验药物只有1种药物浓度,另1家品牌试剂的实验药物没有具体的药物浓度(P<0.05)。结论:建议9种具有高、低浓度的实验药物的高浓度和低浓度分别统一为:环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素均为4 mL/L和1 mL/L,克拉霉素、红霉素、交沙霉素均为8 mL/L和2 mL/L,多西环素为8 mL/L和4 mL/L,试剂加样量统一为3mL,此外要规范报告方式,对于支原体和实验药物应附上该有的单位和浓度值。

Objective:To investigate the concentration and the way of reporting of mycoplasma drugs.Methods:To compare the concentration of 11 kinds of experimental drugs used by 10 brand reagents,analyze the report form of mycoplasma susceptibility test in 13 hospitals,and compare the content of the drug sensitivity test report of mycoplasma in 13 hospitals.Results:Among those 10 brand reagents,the experimental drugs of 9 brand reagents were equipped with low concentration and high concentration,and 1 brand reagents with only 1 kinds of drug concentration,and 1 brand reagents without specific drug concentration(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the high and low concentrations of 9 kinds experimental drugs are as follows:ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,roxithromycin,levofloxacin,azithromycin are 4mL/L and 1 mL/L,and clarithromycin,erythromycin,and isoflcin are 8 mL/L and 2 mL/L,and doxycycline is 8 mL/L and 4 mL/L.The sample size should be 3mL.In addition,the reporting methods should be standardized,and the units and concentration values should be attached to mycoplasma and experimental drugs.
