中药炮制对含苷类药物的有效性及安全性的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of Chinese medicinal herbs on the effectiveness and safety of drugs containing glycosides

目的:分析含苷类药物使用中药炮制的有效性、安全性。方法:收治患者100例,平分两组,甲组服用的药物经过炮制,乙组服用的药物未经过炮制。对比不同组别临床效果与不良反应。结果:甲组治疗总有效率远高于乙组(P<0.05),不良反应出现率远低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:中药炮制可提升含苷类药物的有效性及安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness and safety of using glycoside-containing drugs in Chinese medicine processing.Methods:100 patients were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the group A took the drugs processed,while the drug that patients in the group B has not been processed.We compared clinical effects and adverse reactions in the different groups.Results:The total effective rate of the group A treatment was much higher than that of the group B(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was much lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine processing can improve the efficacy and safety of glycoside-containing drugs.
