阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:收治冠心病患者78例,随机分为两组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.43%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:78 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.The clinical effect between groups was compared.Results:The times of angina pectoris attackand and duration of angina in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.43%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine was effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
