影响抑郁症患者精神科门诊治疗的相关因素研究

Research on related factors of the outpatient treatment for patients with depression in psychiatry department

目的:探讨影响抑郁症患者精神科门诊治疗的相关因素。方法:收治抑郁症患者100例,分为精神科组和非精神科组。分析两组治疗效果及影响治疗效果的相关因素。结果:精神科组临床治疗总有效率显著高于非精神科组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响精神科门诊治疗效果的因素主要包括不知道自身出现抑郁症、不知道要去何处就医、害怕被别人歧视、其他因素。结论:不知道自身出现抑郁症、不知道要去何处就医、害怕被别人歧视等影响抑郁症患者精神科门诊治疗的效果。

Objective:To explore the related factors of the outpatient treatment for patients with depression in psychiatry department.Methods:100 cases of patients with depression were divided into psychiatry group and non-psychiatry group.The treatment effect and related factors affecting the treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of psychiatry group was significantly higher than that of non-psychiatry group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The factors that affected the treatment effect of outpatient treatment in psychiatry department included not knowing their own depression,not knowing where to go to the hospital,being afraid of being discriminated against,and other factors.Conclusion:Not knowing their own depression,not knowing where to go to the hospital,being afraid of being discriminated against had affected the treatment effect of outpatient treatment in psychiatry department.
