盐酸贝那普利片联合硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病合并高血压患者降压的观察

Observation on the hypotensive effect of Benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with Nifediping controlled released tablets on patients with diabetes and hypertension

目的:探讨盐酸贝那普利片联合硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病合并高血压患者的降压效果。方法:收治糖尿病合并高血压患者164例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组采用盐酸贝那普利片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗。结果:两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病合并高血压患者采用盐酸贝那普利片联合硝苯地平控释片可起到良好的降压效果。

Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with Nifediping controlled released tablets on diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods:164 patients with diabetes combined with hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group were treated with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with Nifediping controlled released tablets.Results:There was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between groups after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with Nifediping controlled released tablets can achieve a good antihypertensive effect in patients with diabetes and hypertension.
