缬沙坦联合氨氯地平在2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者治疗中的价值

Value of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者55例,给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,比较治疗前后患者的血压、血糖水平及肾功能。结果:治疗后血压水平及血糖水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后肾功能较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension.Methods:55 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension were treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The blood pressure,blood glucose level and renal function of the patients were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and blood sugar level were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function improved significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine was effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension.
