腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术临床应用的优势

Advantages of laparoscopic radical cystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术(LRC)治疗膀胱癌(BC)的临床价值。方法:收治膀胱癌患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予开放性膀胱癌手术(ORC)治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术治疗,对比两组手术用时、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间。结果:观察组手术耗时长于对照组,术后恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术治疗膀胱癌可缩短术后恢复时间。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic radical cystectomy(LRC)in the treatment of bladder cancer(BC).Methods:60 cases of patients with bladder cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with open radical cystectomy(ORC),and the observation group was treated with LRC.The operative time,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the hospitalization time were compared between groups.Results:The operative time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the postoperative recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical cystectomy in the treatment of bladder cancer could shorten the postoperative recovery time.
