坦索罗辛配合冲击波体外碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的效果

Effect of tamsulosin combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for upper ureteral calculi

目的:探讨坦索罗辛配合冲击波体外碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的效果。方法:收治输尿管上段结石患者170例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各85例。对照组给予单纯冲击波体外碎石术治疗,研究组给予冲击波体外碎石联合坦索罗辛治疗。结果:研究组输尿管结石排净总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组结石排出时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肾绞痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坦索罗辛联合冲击波体外碎石治疗输尿管上段结石疗效确切,可加快结石排出,提高治疗效果,综合疗效明显优于单用冲击波体外碎石。

Objective:To explore the effect of tamsulosin combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:170 patients with upper ureteral calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 85 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shock wave extracorporeal lithotripsy,and the study group was treated with shock wave lithotripsy combined with tamsulosin.Results:The total treatment efficiency of ureteral calculi of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stone excretion time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of renal colic of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin combined with shock wave lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,which can accelerate the discharge of stones and improve the therapeutic effect.The comprehensive effect is obviously better than that of shock wave lithotripsy alone.
