磷酸奥司他韦颗粒在流感样患儿治疗中的应用价值分析

Value of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza like children

目的:探讨磷酸奥司他韦颗粒在流感样患儿治疗中的应用价值。方法:收治流感样患儿92例,随机分成试验组和对照组。两组均采用常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上配合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床症状缓解时间和治疗总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磷酸奥司他韦颗粒在流感样患儿治疗中的应用价值较高,可以有效缓解患儿临床表现,改善患儿生命体征。

Objective:To explore the value of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza like children.Methods:92 cases of influenza like children were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Two groups were treated with conventional medicine.The experimental group added with oseltamivir phosphate granules on this basis.We compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The time of remission of clinical symptoms and the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The value of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza like children was high.It can effectively relieve the clinical manifestations of children and improve the vital signs of children.
