采用冰棉棒刺激联合电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

Observation on the effect of ice cotton stick stimulation combined with electrical stimulation on dysphagia after stroke

目的:探讨冰棉棒联合电刺激治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复及营养状态的影响。方法:收治脑卒中后伴吞咽功能障碍患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各42例。试验组给予冰棉棒联合电刺激加摄食-吞咽障碍的康复训练,对照组给予摄食-吞咽障碍的康复训练。结果:治疗后第2周、4周、3个月,试验组吞咽困难改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);且吞咽功能改善程度与患者营养状态改善程度之间具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:冰棉棒联合电刺激治疗能有效改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的营养状态及吞咽功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of ice cotton stick combined with electrical stimulation on swallowing function and nutritional status in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:84 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The experimental group were treated with ice cotton stick combined with electrical stimulation plus feeding swallowing disorders rehabilitation training,while the control group received rehabilitation training with ingestion and dysphagia.Results:At the second,fourth weeks and third month after the treatment,the experimental group were all better than the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant correlation between the improvement of the swallowing function and the improvement of the nutritional status of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ice cotton stick combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve the nutritional status and swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
