依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效评价

Evaluation of edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法:收治急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例,分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组单纯使用丁苯酞治疗,治疗组给予依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后1周、2周的CSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果显著,联合用药的疗效高于单一用药。

Objective:To explore the effect of edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:80 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide alone,while the treatment group was treated with edaravone combined with butylphthalide.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the CSS score of the treatment group at 1 week and 2 weeks after the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with butylphthalide is effective in treating acute ischemic stroke,and the curative effect of combined medication is higher than that of single medication.
