不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备的清洁效果分析

Cleaning effect analysis of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation at different times

目的:探讨两种时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散作肠道准备的临床效果。方法:收治结肠镜检查患者102例,随机分为两组。A组在检查当日10:00口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,B组在检查前1 d晚20:00服药,观察两组肠道清洁效果、不良反应发生情况及检查结果。结果:A组BBPS评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组肠镜检查成功率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:检查当日10:00服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散可获得良好的肠道清洁效果,减少不良反应,提高检查成功率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation at two kinds of different time.Methods:102 cases of patients with colonoscopy were divided into two groups randomly.Group A took oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at 10:00 on the day of examination,and group B took medicine at 20:00 on one day before examination.The cleaning effect of intestinal tract,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the results of examination in the two groups were observed.Results:The BBPS score in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of colonoscopy in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at 10:00 on the day of examination could achieve good intestinal cleansing effect,reduce adverse reactions and improve the success rate of examination.
