右美托咪定应用于食管癌手术患者对其围术期应激反应的影响

Effects of dexmedetomidine on perioperative stress response in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery

目的:探讨右美托咪定应用于食管癌手术患者对其围术期应激反应的影响。方法:收治食管癌患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组在麻醉诱导前给予右美托咪定,对照组注射等量的0.9%氯化钠注射液。结果:对照组中血管紧张素Ⅱ、皮质醇的表达量显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间明显短于对照组,麻醉药用量显著少于对照组,镇静评分显著高于对照组,躁动评分明显低于对照组,右美托咪定麻醉效果较好(P<0.05),对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定应用于食管癌手术患者能显著减轻患者围术期应激反应,具有较好的麻醉效果,降低了麻醉剂不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on perioperative stress response in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:116 cases of esophageal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was given right metoimidine before induction of anesthesia,and the control group was injected with an equal amount of 0.9%sodium chloride injection.Results:The expression of angiotensinⅡand cortisol of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The time of awakening of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the amount of anaesthesia was significantly lower than that of the control group;the score of the sedative score was significantly higher than the control group;the restlessness score was significantly lower than the control group;the effect of right metomomidine anesthesia was better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine should be used in patients with esophageal cancer to reduce perioperative stress response significantly,with better anesthetic effect and lower incidence of adverse drug reactions.
