阿卡波糖联合芪药消渴胶囊治疗糖尿病疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of acarbose combined with Qiyao Xiaoke capsule in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨阿卡波糖联合芪药消渴胶囊治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组给予君力达治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿卡波糖联合芪药消渴胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后2 hPG、FPG、治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组2 hPG、FPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合芪药消渴胶囊治疗糖尿病的临床效果显著,可有效控制血糖水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acarbose combined with Qiyao Xiaoke capsule in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods:120 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with Junlida,and the observation group was treated with acarbose combined with Qiyao Xiaoke capsule on the basis of the control group.The 2 h PG,FPG before and after the treatment,and the effective rate were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 2 h PG and FPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with Qiyao Xiaoke capsule in the treatment of diabetes mellitus had significant clinical effect and could control blood glucose level effectively.
