肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

Clinical study of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的:探讨肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性肾小球肾炎患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用单纯缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率和24 h尿蛋白水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with valsartan.The observation group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with valsartan.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate and 24 hour urine protein level in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis was significant.
