宁泌泰胶囊治疗老年复杂性尿路感染患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Ningmitai capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with complicated urinary tract infection

目的:探讨宁泌泰胶囊治疗老年复杂性尿路感染患者的临床疗效。方法:收治老年复杂性尿路感染患者100例,随机分为两组。观察组给予宁泌泰胶囊治疗,对照组给予左克胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊治疗老年复杂性尿路感染患者的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Ningmitai capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with complicated urinary tract infection.Methods:100 cases of elderly patients with complicated urinary tract infection were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with Ningmitai capsule,while the control group was treated with Zuoke capsule.The clinical curative effect between groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Ningmitai capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with complicated urinary tract infection was better.
