中西医结合药物治疗功能性消化不良的有效性评价

Effectiveness evaluation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:探究中西医结合药物治疗功能性消化不良的有效性。方法:收治功能性消化不良患者118例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西医治疗,研究组给予中西医结合药物治疗,比较两组临床效果及所耗费的时间。结果:研究组总效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组所耗费的时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合药物治疗功能性消化不良临床效果显著,所耗费时间较短。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:118 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the research group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.The clinical effect and time spent in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time spent in the research group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia had significant clinical effect and took shorter time.
