乙型肝炎病毒抗原抗体与ABO血型相关关系

Relationship between hepatitis B virus antigen antibody and ABO blood type

目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒抗原抗体与ABO血型的关系。方法:收集献血初筛检验者18 312例,从血袋留取外周循环血液样本,检验乙肝表面抗原抗体、HBV-DNA。结果:18 312例献血者中经检验HBV-DNA阳性52例(0.28%);52例HBV-DNA阳性者中B型血者HBsAg、HBsAb比例均高于其他血型。结论:B型血感染乙肝病毒比例稍高于其他血型,但并不绝对。

Objective:To explore the relationship between hepatitis B virus antigen antibody and ABO blood type.Methods:18 312 cases of blood donors were collected.Peripheral blood samples were collected from blood bags to test the antibody of hepatitis B surface antigen and HBV-DNA.Results:Among those 18 312 blood donors,52 cases(0.28%)were positive for HBV-DNA(0.28%);among the 52 HBV-DNA positive cases,the proportion of HBsAg and HBsAb was higher than that of other blood type.Conclusion:The proportion of hepatitis B virus infection in type B blood is slightly higher than that in other blood types,but it is not absolute.
