经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的优质护理

Quality nursing care of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症优质护理的应用效果。方法:收治经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的前列腺增生症患者110例,随机分为对照组53例和试验组57例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予优质护理。结果:试验组护理效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的患者进行护理时,优质护理不仅可以提高护理效果,促进患者早日康复,还可以增加患者的护理服务满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:110 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of the prostate were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 53 cases and the experimental group with 57 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given high quality nursing.Results:The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of prostate,high quality nursing can not only improve the nursing effect,promote the early recovery of patients,but also increase the satisfaction degree of patients'nursing service.
