小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中舒适护理的临床应用

Clinical application of comfortable nursing in children with cough variance asthma

目的:探讨舒适护理干预措施在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用效果。方法:收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上给予舒适护理干预,比较两组临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预可提高小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in children with cough variance asthma.Methods:100 cases of children with cough variance asthma were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction between groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing intervention could improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of children with cough variance asthma.
