护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值研究

Application value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in uterine leiomyoma

目的:探讨护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者140例,分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予护理质量持续改进措施。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,观察组在各方面的护理质量上均高于对照组,观察组生活质量改善程度均比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论:针对子宫肌瘤患者,护理时借助质量持续改进的措施,护理满意度高,护理质量高,患者生活质量得到改善。

Objective:To explore the application value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in uterine leiomyoma.Methods:140 patients with uterine fibroids were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,while the observation group was given continuous improvement measures of nursing quality.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement of the quality of life in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with uterine fibroids,with the help of continuous quality improvement measures at the time of nursing,the nursing satisfaction is high,the quality of nursing is high,and the quality of life is improved.
