梅花针叩刺治疗蛇串疮的临床应用与外治护理体会

Clinical application and external treatment nursing experience of plum blossom needle tapping in the treatment of snake sore

目的:观察梅花针治疗蛇串疮的临床疗效,并对外治护理内容做以归纳总结。方法:收治蛇串疮患者26例,施行梅花针叩刺,观察治疗的时间、皮损愈合时间,并对有无神经疼痛后遗症进行随访观察,对外治护理干预措施进行总结。结果:经过叩刺治疗26例,叩刺治疗次数1～3次。皮损愈合时间一般4～10 d,其中患者因疼痛耐受程度较差1例,未痊愈提前出院,余患者均在7～10 d治愈,后期无神经疼痛的并发症发生。结论:梅花针叩刺治疗蛇串疮并给予恰当的外治护理措施,能大大缩短患者治愈的时间,防止神经疼痛并发症的发生。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle in the treatment of snake sore and summarize the contents of external treatment.Methods:26 cases of snakes sore were selected and treated with plum blossom needle.The time of treatment,the healing time of skin lesions,and the sequelae of neuropathic pain were observed.We summarized the nursing intervention measures for external treatment.Results:26 cases were treated by percussion and 1~3 times by percussion.The healing time of skin lesions was generally 4~10 d.Among them,1 patient suffered from poor pain tolerance,and was discharged early without healing.The remaining patients were cured at 7~10 d,late complications without nerve pain occur.Conclusion:Plum blossom needle therapy for snakes sore and appropriate external care measures can greatly reduce the time of cure and prevent complications of neuralgia.
