摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对小儿哮喘护理效果的影响。方法:收治哮喘患儿100例,随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性的健康教育。比较两组治疗依从性及6个月内哮喘发作次数、感染次数、再次入院次数、过敏次数。结果:观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组6个月内哮喘发作次数、感染次数、再次入院次数、过敏次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能够明显提高哮喘患儿的治疗依从性,减少哮喘发作次数。
Objective:To explore the influence of health education on the nursing effect of children's asthma.Methods:100 cases of children with asthma were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted health education,the treatment compliance,the number of asthma attacks,the number of infection,the number of re-hospitalization and the times of allergy between the two groups in six months were compared.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of asthma attacks,the number of infection,number of re-hospitalization and the times of allergy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in six months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education could improve the treatment compliance of asthmatic children significantly and reduce the number of asthma attacks.
